The Bible tells us in Habakkuk 2:2, Write the vision and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that reads it.  Over, a five year period,  Angel Taylor Carter and Elveta Taylor Cooper began the process of writing their vision. It was their dream to give back to the community in which they grew up. They wanted to provide programs for youth outside of church and school that would assist in developing them socially and educationally.  They also wanted to provide programs for seniors that would allow them the opportunity to help each other as well as the generations to come.  They want their programs to benefit the communities of Carroll and surrounding TN counties.

On January 12, 2006, the process of making a dream become a reality took place. Taylor & Taylor Family Resource Center (TTFRC) was founded and our Mission: To positively impact the lives of individuals and families by providing services, information, and training that will empower and educate the community; was born.

So we welcome you to TTFRC!
